Peppadew filled Eggs

15ml Cream

15ml Peppadews , chopped

15ml Basil, chopped

10 Hard boiled eggs, halved

15ml Mayonaise

Salt & pepper

Remove yolks from the eggs and mash add mayonnaise and cream, add peppadews, basil , salt, pepper to taste.  Scoop/pipe mixture back into the halved white eggs.

Decorate with chopped peppedews
