Pinch of salt
5ml Bicarb of soda
5ml Baking Powder
10ml Mixed spice
3 Eggs
15ml Ginger
250ml Syrup
250ml Sugar
250ml Luke warm water
250ml Oil
750ml Flour
Pre-heat oven to 180’c and prepare 2 loaf tins
Mix all ingredients together and pour into tins bake for about 45-50minutes
